First, 2 very important things on care to help you both user and producer:

Take care to condition your battery for longest possible life by following directions below.
Don’t get water inside, water damage is not covered by warranty.

Our Thruster sex toy products are sold directly to consumer because they are expensive to make and your participation with their care will keep us in business of making different heads and attachments each year so our users can continue to diversify their pleasure experiences.

Velvet Prime Thrusting Dildo Care:

Clean you Prime swappable head covers by removing them completely and washing them with warm soapy water for 20 seconds in the sink. The handle base should not be exposed to direct water contact. Instead use a spray sex toy cleaner and simply wipe it down. We haven’t figured out how to make them waterproof yet and water damage is not covered by warranty.
Don’t leave your Prime connected to the battery chargers for long periods of time. Often the are fully charged in less than 60 mins and can last for weeks under most normal uses before needing to be recharged. The black charger box in line with the plug will glow red when charging your Thruster and green when fully charged. Remove it from charger when fully charged and do not charge unattended.
Store in dry cool environment for best product life.

Velvet Mini Thruster Care:

Clean your Mini thruster sex toy by inserting the charger plug cap and holding it with your finger to ensure water does not get into the charger port. Hold it tip pointed down to prevent water coming into charger port. Wash with warm soapy water for 20 seconds in the sink. If you want to play it cautious, instead use a spay sex toy cleaner and simply wipe it down.

Use Sex Toy Cleaner whenever possible.

Our sister company, Gleambody offers a mild antibacterial sex toy cleaner that we sell for sanitizing your products after play. Your Thruster silicone heads, or tops, are a high quality medical grade silicone for sex toys. It's mostly ok to use rubbing alcohol if you desire but again do not let liquid get in battery housing thru charger port. This is big cause for failure in the field with persons who don't read this guidance.
